Cinnamon Coffee Cookies

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 T Amaretto flavoring
1 egg
2 cups flour
1-1/2 T instant coffee
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt




Recipe

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light
and fluffy. Add Amaretto & egg, beat well. Combine flour, coffee,
cinnamon & salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture, stirring until
thoroughly blended. Shape dough into balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar.
Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 minutes, or
until lightly browned.
