1 CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER (SMOOTH OR CHUNKY)
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
(no flour)

Mix all togther and make into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about an inch apart and smash with fork. You can either roll the balls in sugar before smashing or wait and sprinkle sugar on them after you have smashed them with the fork before you bake. One lady suggested to use meat tenderizer to smash them.
Bake until golden brown. (do not overbake) Maybe 8-10 minutes and then let cool on the pan about 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on cookie rack.
