    GRANOLA CHIP COOKIES

    1 pkg.3 doz.size chocolate cookie mix

    2 tbs.honey

    1 tsp.finely shredded lemon peel

    1 c.granola

    1/2 c.shelled sunflower seeds


    Recipe

    Prepare cookie mix according to package directions;stir in honey

    & lemon

    peel.Stir in granola & sunflower seeds.Drop from a teaspoon 2

    inches apart

    onto an ungreased cookie sheet.Bake in 350 oven about 10 minutes

    or till

    done.

    Cool about 1 minute before removing to wire rack;cool

    thoroughly.

    Makes about 48
