MACADAMIA-MILK CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups large milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
Cream the margarine. Gradually add the sugars and beat until
fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each
addition. Stir in the vanilla. Add the sifted ingredients
and beat until well blended. Stir in the milk chocolate
chips, macadamia nuts, and coconut.
Drop by quarter-cupfuls onto ungreased baking sheets,
spacing cookies 3 inches apart. Bake for 16 to 19 minutes,
or until cookies are golden.
