    Potato Chip Cookies with Pecans

    POTATO CHIP COOKIES WITH PECANS from djjrs

    5 cups crushed potato chips
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2 cups flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 cup chopped pecans


    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the first six
    ingredients and mix well. Sift together the flour and baking powder. Add to the potato
    chip mixture. Stir in the pecans last. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased
    baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned
