With the sun positioned right over the equator, the day and night are about equal
in length around the world. (Equinox means "equal night".) From now until
September, there will be longer and warmer days in the Northern Hemisphere, so....
Spring has sprung!
"These are light, buttery tea cookies bursting with citrus flavor. Perfect
for a spring day."
