SUPERSTAR SPICE COOKIES WITH WALNUTS

1/2 cup ground walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tube (18 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
3 tubes red decorating gel
1 tube green decorating gel





Recipe

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients, knead into cookie dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 16 pieces using a star shaped cookie cutter. Pipe gel border around edges of stars. Fill with sprinkles or your favorite bake on decorations. Bake 10 min. or until golden brown. Makes 16 cookies. `
