These are favorite for a shower, any special occasion or just because. I've made them often!


List of Ingredients




1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz Cool Whip
1 bag Stella Dora Cookies



Recipe



Cut a thin slice from the top of each Stella Dora cookie. Set cookie bottom and top aside.
Mix together pineapples, cream cheese & Cool Whip thoroughly.
Fill each cookie bottom with pineapple mixture and cover with the remaining thin slice top of cookie. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Also, refrigerate any leftovers.

Note: More pineapple may be added. Just add according to your own taste.
Also, Stella Dora is a brand name of a puff cookie that can be purchased in most grocery stores.
