Cinnamon Bread Pudding
4-1/4 cups cinnamon bread, cubed
1/2 cup raisins
4 eggs, beaten
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream (optional)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bread in greased 2-quart shallow baking
dish. Sprinkle raisins over bread. Combine eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla
in a bowl. Pour over bread. Bake 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted
near center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream.
Serves 6.
