Pumpkin Custard
3 c. fresh pumpkin
6 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
4 eggs
Recipe
Drain pumpkin day before. Mash pumpkin (3 cups). Add sugar, flour and eggs. Add milk and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Makes two 9 inch pies, using unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Serves 8 to 10.
