Candy Bar Pizza
1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
10 tablespoons Butter -- softened
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips -- divided
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1 cup Cut-up fruit
1 cup Candy Bars -- Chopped
Preheat oven to 375F. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spread batter in lightly greased 12" to 14" pizza pan or 15 1/2x10 1/2" jelly-roll pan. Bake 20-24 minutes or until lightly browned.
Immediately sprinkle remaining 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels over crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto morsels. Let stand 5 minutes or until soft and shiny. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over crust. Top with fruit and candy. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
