Dessert Fruit Pizza

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury)
Cheesecake filling
Selection of favorite fruits
Disposable pizza pan (aluminum)
or a real one if you prefer

Take the sugar cookie dough and make one very large cookie, like a pizza, roll out with a rolling pin, use flour so it doesn't stick to the pin… make the cookie smaller (about an inch all around) than the size of the pizza tin (the cookie will grow when baked)
Bake according to instructions on package
Remove and cool
When cookie is cool spread cheesecake filling all over the cookie
Chop and slice up your selection of fruit and place on the "cookie pizza" like you would pizza toppings

Simple. Yummy… and it can be cut and slices just like a pizza
