The Moroccan Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
6 oz boneless chicken
1 teaspoon of a spice blend of Salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, caraway
1 wheat or white tortilla wrap
1 Romaine heart lettuce
1 celery stick
3 oz blue cheese dressing
4 oz Moroccan Harissa sauce, available at local ethnic stores
4 oz olive oil
Procedure
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, cumin and caraway blend. Set aside. In a non-stick pan heat the olive oil and cook the chicken on both sides until fully cooked.
Wash the lettuce and cut it like for a Caesar salad. Wash and cut the celery stick. Slice the chicken in long strips.
Place the tortilla wrap on the cutting board and spread the blue cheese dressing in the middle of it. Lay a handful of romaine lettuce, then few pieces of celery and all the sliced chicken. Top with a few tablespoons of Harissa sauce and roll the wrap tight as you are folding the sides in. Cut in half and serve.
