1 Lb. Dried Pasta
1 Tbsp Butter
8 Oz. Feta
4 Cup Mixed Vegetables
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lb. Chicken Breast
Shallot Yogurt
2 Cups Plain Yogurt
1½ Tsp Shallots
¼ Tsp Salt
METHOD
Mix by hand. Best if it sits for an hour or overnight.
Tomato Sauce
3 Cups Diced Tomato
½ Tsp Thyme, Onion Powder,
Oregano, Cumin, Sage, Basil,
Tarragon, Pepper & Crushed Pepper
2 Baby Carrots
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Vegetable Base
¼ Cup Tomato Juice
METHOD
Pulse in food processor for 10 seconds
Simmer for 10 minutes
