Wonton Chips
20 wonton wrappers
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp melted light margarine
Recipe
Cut each wonton wrapper diagonally in half.
Combine oil, soy sauce and garlic salt in small bowl.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place foil on 15x10 - inch pan and brush with melted margarine
Brush soy mixture lightly over both sides of wonton wrappers.
Place half of the wrappers in the prepared pan.
Bake 5-7 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned, turning after 3 minutes.
Repeat everything with other half of prepared wontons.
Cool completely.
Serve with salsa.
