Yum Goong - Thai Shrimp Salad

Sauce: 3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
Dried Chili ground (to taste)
Salad: 8 Shrimp
4-5 Slices Cucumber
5-6 Grape Tomatoes
1 oz. Red Onion (to taste)
Green Onion (to taste)
Cilantro (to taste)
Mint (to taste)
3-4 Romaine Lettuce leaves
Put lime juice in mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and fish sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add dried chili to taste. Mix into the sauce. Boil shrimp until cooked. Add shrimp to the sauce. Add tomato and cucumber and mix well in sauce. Add red onion, green onion, cilantro and mint. Mix again into sauce. Serve on plate with romaine leaves on the side.
