1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
12 large (7"-8") flour or corn tortillas
Recipe
In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Spray two baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Brush both sides of each tortilla with water. Cut each tortilla into six triangles and place in large bowls. Sprinkle sugar mixture over triangles and toss to coat pieces well.
Arrange triangles on baking sheets in single layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned and crisp. Immediately remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks.
