Quick and Easy Chicken Enchiladas

List of Ingredients
1 cup of cooked,chopped chicken (fresh or canned)
8 oz sour cream(lowfat if you want)
1 can cream of chicken soup (also lowfat if you want)
1 small can of green chilis(drained)
grated monterey jack or cheddar cheese(your choice)
Flour tortillas
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except for cheese in mixing bowl.
(If you use canned chicken, make sure it is drained).
Mix with spoon thoroughly.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of mixture onto flour tortilla.
Roll up tortilla, and place in baking pan.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Cover with foil
Put in oven for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees
Let set for 5 minutes. Top with salsa if desired.
Makes about 8 enchiladas. . .
