Peach Custard Pie
4 or 5 peaches, sliced into an unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour (4 if peaches are juicy)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
Pour over peaches in pie shell, slowly. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
