Baked Peaches with Raspberries and Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
Large peaches, ripe but firm
Raspberry preserves
Heavy cream
Sugar
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Peel and halve the peaches. Remove pits and fill cavities with raspberry preserve onto a greased baking pan
And bake for 30-40 minutes until peaches are done. Cool and refrigerate over night. Whip cream and sugar (about 2 tbsp. per serving depending on size
Of the dish) to taste and just until thick. Spoon a generous pool of cream on each plate and place peach in center. Accent with fresh raspberries and design
With juice of raspberry preserve and water out of an eyedropper and swirl with toothpick to make festive.
