Baked Rhubarb

Baked Rhubarb
* 1 lb. fresh rhubarb, cut into 2 inch pieces
* 3 tbsp. water
* 2/3 cup honey
* 1/4 tsp. salt
Toss all ingredients together in a baking dish.
Cover and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or
until rhubarb is easily pierced by a fork.
Chill before serving.
