Spiced Peaches
2 (29 oz.) cans cling peach halves
1- 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
4 sticks cinnamon
4 tsp. whole cloves
Drain peaches, reserve syrup. Combine syrup, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves in pan. Bring mixture to a boil. Then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour hot syrup over peach halves. Allow to cool. Chill well before serving. Store in refrigerator.
