    Healthy Chex Mix

    Here is a great low-fat version of Chex Mix and great after-school snack for the kids!

    List of Ingredients

    Healthy Chex Mix

    6 cups popcorn -- no added butter, air popped or low-fat microwave kind.
    1 cup Rice Chex or Crispix cereal

    1 cup Cheerios cereal

    1 cup Bran Chex cereal
    1 cup pretzel sticks
    2 Tablespoons margarine, melted
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    ½ teaspoon garlic sauce
    ½ teaspoon onion powder


    Recipe

    Combine first five ingredients.
    Preheat oven to 300º
    Combine margarine and Worcestershire sauce and drizzle over the mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with garlic salt and onion powder.
    Put mixture in a shallow pan and spread into one layer. Bake for 10 minutes, stir twice. Let mixture cool in the oven.
    Store in an airtight container.
    Serving Size: 1 cup

    Nutritional Information: 100 calories, 3 grams fat
