Diabetic Fresh Green Dip
2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c chopped fresh chives
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c plain yogurt
1 T white vinegar
1 t tarragon
1 lemon, juiced
1 t minced garlic
Recipe
In a blender or food processor, mix the mayonnaise, chives,
parsley, sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, tarragon, lemon juice and
garlic. Serve at once. Makes 36 servings.
