5 lb cooked lobster meat, shredded
3 yellow bell peppers, seeded and diced
8 stalk celery, diced
1 lrg white onion, diced
2 c mayonnaise
2 T ground black pepper
Recipe
In a large bowl, mix together the lobster meat, yellow peppers,
celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper until evenly combined.
Chill before serving. Makes 12 servings.
