Diabetic Montana Tonic
4 c brewed black tea
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 c Splenda
1 c raspberry juice
1 lemon, juiced
1 sprig fresh mint
1 lt carbonated water
Recipe
Brew tea with cinnamon stick. Dissolve Splenda in the hot tea.
Set aside to cool. In a large pitcher combine the tea, raspberry
juice and lemon juice. Crush 3 mint leaves and stir in. Pour
the carbonated water in, stir and serve over ice. Makes 12
servings.

3 g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 20 mg sodium, 1 g fiber.
