A modified version of my favorite ziti recipe! Tastes the same to me, but more healthy for me and hubby.

Ingredients
1 box whole wheat or Smart Taste ziti noodles
1 lg. bottle spaghetti sauce (28 oz)
15 oz. container fat free ricotta cheese
2 c. part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. egg substitute
(salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, parsley to taste)
1 lb. lean ground turkey, browned (optional)
Directions
Makes a 9"x13" pan of ziti.
Boil noodles. Mix all ingredients, spoon into 9x13 pan, sprinkle all with parmesan (optional). Cover in foil and fake for 30 min. at 375 degrees F.
