Ingredients
1 cub egg beaters (or equivilant)
1-1 tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 to 1/4 cup silk plain soy milk
Directions
1 Slice equals 1 serving
Pour 1 cups egg substitute into shallow dish
Add:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 to 1/4 cup soy milk
Mix ingredients with a fork.
Have non-stick skillet heated to medium high temperature.
Lay 1 slice of bead into ingredients for a very short time; turn over and then place immediately onto heated non-stick surface.
Cook each side for 1 minute.
Top with favorite topping (ie. syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit).
