snickerdoodles(low carb no cholesterol)

With no flour , using egg substitute, and country crock spread. They taste great and almost guilt free.I put them in the frig. so they don't crumble,butter would make them hold together better but then you have the cholesterol.

Ingredients
1.5 ground almonds
.5 cup country crock spread
1 cup splenda-3tbls.(for topping)
1/4 cup egg beaters
.5 tsp. vanilla
.25 tsp. backing soda
.25 tsp. cream of tarter
--------------------------------
coating mix:
2 tblsp. splenda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
mix all together
refrigerate 1 hour
roll into balls
roll balls in cinnamon mix.
bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
makes about 20 cookies
