LOW FAT EGG NOG

Ingredients:
4 cups skim milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated skim milk
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen egg product, thawed
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup light rum
1 tsp. vanilla
Skim milk
Cinnamon candy sticks (optional)
Recipe
Cook and stir skim milk, evaporated skim milk, egg product, and sugar in
saucepan over medium heat about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. DO
NOT BOIL! Cool quickly by placing pan in a sink or bowl of ice water and
stirring 2 minutes. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
When ready to serve, stir in rum and vanilla. Stir in additional skim milk
until desired thickness. Serve with cinnamon candy sticks if desired.
