    Low Fat Baked Pancake Squares

    3/4 c milk
    2 T butter, melted
    1/4 c egg substitute
    1 T white sugar
    1 c all-purpose flour
    2 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 inch
    baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter
    and egg substitute. Add the sugar, then gradually beat the
    flour in. Carefully stir in the baking powder and salt. Pour
    batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
    Cut into 16 square servings.

    Nutritional information: 54 calories, 2 g fat, 2 g protein,
    7 g carbohydrates, 5 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium, trace fiber.
