List of Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts -- cut in cubes
2 ribs celery, sliced on the diagonal
1 onion -- sliced
1 can pineapple chunks in juice (large can) -- undrained
1 cup snow peas -- (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce -- or to taste
1 can water chestnuts -- drained
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
In very small amount of oil, stir fry chicken, celery, and onion
until cooked but crisp. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook just
till sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
