    Low Fat Citrus Zest Fruit Salad

    1 can pineapple chunks (20 oz)
    2 c seedless red grapes
    1 green pear or red apple, cored, cubed
    1 orange, peeled, diced
    1/2 c vanilla lowfat yogurt
    1 t grated orange or lemon peel

    Recipe



    Combine pineapple chunks, grapes, pear and orange in medium bowl.
    Stir yogurt and orange peel into fruit mixture. Cover; refrigerate
    15 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Garnish with orange curl and
    fresh mint, if desired. Makes 6 servings.

    Nutritional information: 131 calories, 1 g fat, 2 g protein,
    31 g carbohydrates, 1 mg cholesterol, 23 mg sodium
