Low Fat Hot Apple Cider

1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/2 t whole allspice
1 t whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 t salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 lrg orange, quartered with peel
2 qt apple cider
Recipe
Place filter in coffee basket, and fill with brown sugar,
allspice, cloves, cinnamon stick, salt, nutmeg, and orange
wedges. Pour apple cider into coffee pot where the water usually
goes. Brew, and serve hot.
Nutritional information: 80 calories, trace fat, trace protein,
20 g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 51 mg sodium, 1 g fiber.
