    Lowfat Barbecued Tempeh Recipe

    1 cup barbecue sauce
    8 ounces tempeh


    Recipe



    1. Steam tempeh for 20 minutes.
    2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    3. Cut tempeh into 1/2 inch strips and lay on baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce
    over tempeh.
    4. Bake for 15 minutes until evenly heated throughout.
