1 lb. green cabbage (chopped)
1 small onion (minced)
Dressing:
3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 teas. salt
1 teas. sugar
2 Tbl. lemon juice
2 Tbl. skim milk
1/2 teas. celery seed
Recipe
Place cabbage and onion in mixing bowl. Combine all
dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour over
cabbage and onions. Mix together; it will seem dry.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, mixing occasionally.
