    8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
    1 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/3 cup skim milk
    8 ounces fat-free whipped topping
    Ready prepared chocolate or graham cracker crust
    Chocolate topping
    Chopped nuts (optional)


    Recipe



    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese
    and peanut butter. Mix on low speed of an electric
    mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and milk
    and continue to mix. Fold in whipped topping.
    2. Pour into prepared pie crust and freeze for at least
    8 hours before serving. Drizzle chocolate topping
    over each slice and garnish with chopped nuts if
    desired.
