    Irish Mint Cream Cake

    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
    ½ gallon chocolate mint ice cream
    ½ cup butter
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    ½ cup chopped nuts

    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

    Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch and 8 x 8-inch pans. Freeze 2 hours.

    Combine chocolate chips and milk; boil 8 minutes. Slice ice cream on top of frozen crumbs. Pour chocolate mixture over ice cream. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze
