    Apricot Ice Cream

    2 cups water
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    4 cups strained apricot purée
    juice of 1 lemon

    Recipe



    Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add purée and lemon juice. Cool. Pour in ice cream machine and use according to manufacturer’s instructions.
