    Healthy Raspberry Sherbet

    HEALTHY RASPBERRY SHERBET

    1 (12 ounce) can sugar-free ginger ale
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    3/4 teaspoon liquid artificial sweetener, if desired
    1 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Recipe

    Whirl all ingredients in blender until smooth. Freeze until mixture reaches consistency of soft sherbet.

    NOTE: This can also be made with strawberries and sugar-free strawberry soda instead of raspberries and ginger ale.
