Lemon Sherbet
1 cup sugar
3 T lemon juice (I used fresh)
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 pint light cream ( I sued half and half)
2 drops yellow food color.
few drops of Watkins Lemon Extract#21395
Mix together and freeze. I have a 1 quart Rival that I bought at a garage sale 2 years ago for
$1.00. With this one you keep the tub in the freezer.
