Basic Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into small balls.
Balls should be about 1 1/2 " in diameter.
Arrange in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover loosely with wax paper and microwave on high for 4 min. Rearrange meat balls and cook another 5 - 7 min. or until balls are no longer pink. Let stand 3 min. and drain.
Note: These are excellant in Beef Stroganoff sauce. Add some cooked green and red peppers for extra color
Sauce; Mix 1 can of cream of broccoli and cheese soup with 1/2 cup water,in 3 qt.casserole. Blend with 10 0z. cooked chopped broccoli. Add meatballs and bake on high for 7 -8 min.,or until heated through. Can be served over noodles or rice.
