    Country Stuffed Meat Roll

    Mix 1½ lbs hamburger with 1 tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper.
    Shape meat into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle on waxed paper. Set aside and mix stuffing.

    Mix:
    1½ cups whole-kernel corn
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 cup bread crumbs
    ½ tsp salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    ½ tsp pepper
    ¼ cup chopped onion


    Recipe



    Mix well, top meat rectangle with stuffing, roll like a jelly roll, bake at 350 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
