El Rancho Swiss Steak
2 lb. round steak
1 bottle (24 oz) catsup
2 T. Worcheshire sauce
4-5 drops Tabasco
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 can (28 oz) stewed tomatoes
Recipe
Cut steak into serving pieces, place in bottom of crock pot
Combine rest of ingredients & pour over top of steak
Cook on low, 8 to 10 hours or high 4 hours.
I serve this over rice or ziti noodles
