Glazed Meatballs

3 slices Bread
2/3 cup Milk
2 Slightly beaten eggs
1 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoon Pepper
12 pounds Ground beef
2 cup Catsup
4 cup Maple-flavoured syrup
4 cup Water
4 cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ground allspice
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
Recipe
Soak bread in milk till soft. Add eggs, horseradish, salt and pepper; beat smooth. Add beef; mix well. Shape into w" meatballs; place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake in 450º F oven 10 to 15 minutes. Heat remaining ingredients to boiling; stir often. Add meatballs; heat through. Keep warm; serve with wooden picks.
You can have these meatballs ready in a matter of minutes if you freeze the meatballs in advance.
Shape and bake the meatballs as directed, then wrap securely and freeze. When you need them, prepare the catsup-soy mixture. Heat the frozen meatballs directly in the sauce.
