Grape Jelly Meatballs
MEATBALLS:
2 lbs. Ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbs. Parsley flakes
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. Salt
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Pepper
SAUCE:
12 oz. Bottle chili sauce
1 Tbs. Lemon juice
10 oz. Jar grape jelly
1 Tbs. Soy sauce
2 Tbs. Brown sugar
Mix hamburger with rest of meatball ingredients. Shape into
balls. Brown meatballs; drain.
SAUCE:
Mix sauce ingredients well. Drop meatballs into sauce. Simmer 45
minutes, covered.
