Greek Burgers with Yogurt Sauce

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
salt and pepper to taste
tomato and cucumber slices
hamburger buns or pita breads
Recipe
Prepare and heat grill. In large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, oregano, salt, and garlic and mix gently. Shape into 4 patties and refrigerate while preparing sauce.
In small bowl, combine yogurt, dill, mint, and salt and pepper to taste and mix. Refrigerate while cooking burgers.
Cook patties 4-6" from medium coals for 13-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center, turning once. Serve on hamburger buns or in pita breads with tomato and cucumber slices and yogurt sauce. 4 sandwiches
