1 pound sirloin -- sliced thin
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
4 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
Stir the sugar into the beef and let it set overnight in the refrigerator.
When ready to prepare your dinner, combine soy sauce, onion, garlic and
sesame seeds and pour it over the meat. (Do not drain the meat first.)
Allow it to marinate about 10 minutes. Add the oil, then dump everything
in
a skillet and stir fry until the meat is cooked through. Serve over rice.
