1 1/2 lb. hamburg 1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 t. basil,oregano,and italian seasoning
2/3 c. parmesan cheese 5 eggs(with out the shell)
or egg substitute
Recipe
Brown in microwave or in skillet. I usually put them in a 3 qt. baking dish,microwave them on high for 5 min.,turn the dish and microwave on high for another 5. If they are not done I finish cooking them on roast so they don't get tough. If I goof I give them to the kids to practice their putting.The dog really gets a charge out of that. Makes about 35 - 40 meatballs
