    Flank Steak pounded to ½ inch thickness
    1 sweet onion
    1 bell pepper
    Bacon
    Garlic Salt
    Pepper
    Toothpicks or skewers (depending on desired cooking method)

    Baked

    Lay out steak and top with sliced bacon, onion & bell pepper

    Season with Garlic Salt & Pepper


    Roll steak up lengthwise and secure with toothpicks.

    Bake in preheated 360 degree oven until the internal temperature of the roll is at least 145 degrees (45min to 1 hour).

    (For medium-rare a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°)

    Slice and serve.

    Grilled or Broiled.

    Slice pin wheel after preparation into 1 ½’ to 2" pieces, secure with toothpicks or skewers and grill or broil

    on each side 4 to 5 minutes depending on your desired doneness.
